That item is very artificially inflated because of the recent Saggi quest fiasco. Also, I'm pretty sure you're not supposed to mention what you sent your mysterious melody partner in any sort of public forum.

That sucks but it's definitely inflated. It was around 300k before Saggi. But it's also a graveyard item so it doesn't RS anymore.
