So yeah. I just started working at Friendly's. It's not bad, the rest of the staff are pretty nice... But holy damn. It's tiring. And I've only got in 9and3/4 hours for training. uuuggh... And I just got the schedule for the first week. 34 hours. And since I'm on clean up, I'll probably have a bit more in the end. And that's with 2 days for college. Holy shiz. I'm going to keel over. And yeah, I have an 8 hour shift on my birthday on the 7th. cries pitiously

Too bad I need gas money. :( And I can't get that silly birthday song they make us sing out of my head. Shit.Shit.Shit.

And on a second note, cleaning up women's bathrooms is NOT fun. Flush the freaking toilets ladies, I don't wanna see your used tampons. :x

Back around inventory, I had 41 hours for about two weeks, PLUS three finals in college. I thought I was gonna die, but I passed the finals and my paycheck was fucking amazing (almost as much as my tax refund XDDDD)

LOL. I can't complain about the pay. At least I make more than a server. And it'll cover my car insurance and jewelry making obsession.

Reminds me of my work experience. 8 hours a day. So it must have been 40 hours a week for 2 weeks. ... What the hell? Those bitches got 80 hours work out of me and I didnt even get paid?! D:<

LOL. I did that too, but they they called CIE or something... Where you leave school to work? But yeah... total shit. But unfortunately it's the total shit that pays the bills. It's my mom said yesterday: "All jobs suck, it's just the degree of suck." XD

Well my first job was possible the most fantastic job on the planet. I got paid to "demonstrate toys." That's right, for 8 bucks and hour, me and 3 of my friends ran around a toy store shooting each other (and customers) with flying monkey stuffed animals and nerf crossbows. our official job title was "pixie." I miss that place but school is happening now and I don't have time to work. I've been up untill 1 doing homework for the past 5 nights...eww.

What do you do at Friendly's? My first job was at Charcoal Pit, which is pretty much the same thing as Friendly's and I worked the fountain. It was the worst job I ever had and I quit after a month LOL. I hope you like it more than I liked Charcoal Pit, but seeing how I would stand there between making stuff and wish that the place would burn down with everyone still in it, I'm guessing you'll fair better LOL

I feel overworked and underpaid but than again I thought that just went with work in general :D
