I want him to tax me too! I even went to his NPC account and commented on his profile and asked him to tax me.

He taxes between 1-5% of your on-hand sP. That achievement goes up to 25M paid in total taxes. I think you may need a littttttttle bit more than that. :p

I've been taxed by him three times -- all after the achievement, too.

But, even with that so-called luck, I don't have the Good Taxpayer or Sebastian Phoenix Visit achievements. D':

i have all my sp out and i am wishing i do get taxed but this seems very very RARE :P

Earlier in the month I was taxed for the very first time, and I've been a member of the site for over 2 1/2 years. Then the very next day I was taxed again.

It really is completely random.

I was taxed again this morning - 5%, but I only had a little over a million out. I think it was my 4th time....

I still haven't gotten taxed by him. He probably pities me due to my lack of sps T___T

I have been here 3 years,and I was taxed once, I have 1 of the Achievement's. it is random.
