I have been doing the library quests but with very little success. I was just wondering If Any of the more experienced questers may have some helpful tips to share? Thanks in advance!!!

Well If I do those quests I only ever buy books with a rarity of Rare or higher but I'll never spend more then 50-100k on an item. But since books are valuable right now because of the reading drive coming up, the library quests aren't worth doing.
