Some people I just cannot understand.
Story: I'm going out with Mike, who went out with Kate for about a year. I've never talked to Kate except in 6th grade when I tried to be friends with her and she was really mean to me. So Mike breaks up with Kate because she changed. So whatever.
Kate cries for a long time afterward. She calls him everyday. She texts him, messages him. She cries in school. Eventually, she gets a little better. So I notice Mike starting to like me and my friend confirms it. Her status is 'I wish I was like her' and 'I want to be like her' Which creeps me out a bit, but whatever.
She messages me, first asking who I like for a 'survey of all freshmen' and then asking about science work. Okay, whatever. I also got a blank message from her which was creepy. So Mike asks me out and I turn him down at first. Kate is still calling him a lot and pestering the hell out of him. Then I ask Mike out and he of course says yes. So we're going out and it's all good when a random kid named Mitch, whom I've never seen, met, or heard of before comments my status. (I can post the entire convo if you'd like, it's quite entertaining)
He calls me names and crap, but I retaliate. From debating on here, I've gotten good at internet fights ha. My friends jump in as well and he knows he's beat. So I ask around school and I've got people saying he's a real kid who's Kate's friend and someone says he is fake person and there is a girl behind him. So I still have no clue who this is.
I was considering trying to reach out to Kate and saying, 'Love hurts a lot, I'm sorry you have to go through this.' But I really think she'd just get mad. She had a hot temper even in 6th grade. And now a sick part of me wants to kiss him right in front of her. I was planning on ignoring her and stuff but I don't know. She hasn't approached me in school YET. So I'm just leaving it alone. I just really don't want this to snowball into a giant thing.
So comments/suggestions?
