I need to make a video on flash for a school assignment. Is there any quick way of making shake-y lines other than drawing them over and over again? And also a grainy, old-fashioned feel to a video? Specifically, the example the techer gave us are the Billy Collins animated poetry of The Dead and Forgetfulness. (I reccommend these if you've never seen them!)
