Texty Banner: is custom right? Like in this, but can it please say "The icon", and in the bubbles (four of them) have each of these chibi drawings. (I have no idea where they came from, I found it adorably on google.)

Color scheme/font scheme?: Color scheme from this could be the A4854 (red) and A4843 (dark blue) and black. You can bend the rules I guess, but please not extremely.

Font can be verdana I guess. :P Please nothing fancy.

Nah, just The icon. His name under his pic next to the stats should be enough :P And the fact that I slap anybody who doesn't recognize him anyways.

By outside image I do mean by like on Takoa's profile, where all of the stars and stuff are.
