Wahoo :D A little tip for anyone who wants this achievement, as I read in a thread recently: The trash can 'restocks' on every hour. I actually got this at 3 minutes past =)

yea people have told me that before and ive tried it a million times and never once have i found anything there but congrats of finding something!

I've gotten it once, late at night, when there's less people on. Grats on getting it!
