Same thing happened to me, all you have to do is file a ticket.
My items and points were returned within 24 hours of the filing!

Man, that sucks. :( I guess on the dimly bright side, the fact that you're not super active on Subeta means that the sP lost isn't as big of a deal, and at least you didn't deserve it being lost? I mean, that's better than if you were really active and totally deserved losing the sP.
