Is it pure luck or do you have to do something to be able to pick from that meanie trash can?

well there're sometricks 4 that u just need 2 find it I know a topic about it but I dont remember besides the original post the trick somehow lost (sorry not really helping right? px) and I guess u have 2 got some luck 2 :P

When I asked the same question this is what they told me:

There's not much of a strategy. There's usually something in the trash can directly after the hour change.

Someone got it few minutes after the hour ... as 3:03

As prtbetty said, it's all in going there RIGHT on the hour, practically. Just keep at it, and eventually luck will be with you. :) (Also trying to remember may be difficult, but yeah.)
