How do you center a profile (everything including columns, navi, etc.)?

And by center, I mean the background and columns and stuff the center of a page, not to the center of the background :X

If anyone could answer that would be utter love <3

I have been told you can't, but possibly you should wait for someone who really knows their stuff.

It's possible, I'm just too lazy to work it out for myself ><
