Except for when the sand slaps you in the face when it's windy. D;

I've only been to one beach, and it was awesome. Although I didn't particularly like having salt crystals stuck to me for nearly a week afterward. xD

beaches have water, ick. but i like the sand, i like sitting around on the beach playing with the sand, digging a giant hole and hiding in it, making scupltures. but then you have to spend 10 minutes at the public shower washing the sand out of your shorts, right next to creepy smelly hobos who wash their hair and shit rofl :<

During my last vacation during Winter Break in 2008, the best day imo was the day where we spent our whole day at the beach.

The amusement parks are nice, but nothing tops the nice ol' ocean. ;)

YES! I love love love beaches.

I've been to all different kinds of beaches, but my favorite was this beautiful little beach in Southern France on the Mediterranean Sea.

Beaches are...alright. I love the sea, so that's a plus. But I tend to dislike going to beaches as it usually means hot weather. And sunbathing is one of my least favourite activities. But sand sculpting is fun 8D

i hate beaches lmfao i'd probably like them a lot more if i didnt get sand up my cooch all the time (TMI/??) but really, i want to go in the water, but then i get sandy. but i like the sand cause its warm but AAHHH.

i just avoid the beach, too many people.

i think beaches are only really nice in the evening, when people arent running around and everything and it's nice and cool out.

I love beaches! They're so much fun. Though, the rock ones are kind of painful until you get to the water. ^_^; I prefer sand ones.

I enjoy going to the beach. The one thing I dislike is when you forget to bring sunscreen, and then you burn to a crisp, lol!

we had this insane hobo who would warn everyone about the bees on the sand, it was hilarious. he'd tell everyone "WATCH OUT FOR THE BEEEEEES" and then one day, my dad stepped on a bee ;(

oh and the beaches we had (since it was hawaii) were always crowded, save for this one tiny beach near our house. it was awesome, it had tide pools and we would always see turtles/dolphins/whales. since the beach was reaaaaally tiny, it was usually just my family, and maybe another family at most.

Born and raised in California, so hell yeah I like beaches! As long as I have plenty of sunscreen I'm all in...

My dad always knows where all of the obscure beaches are too. We always have it to ourselves. xD

I love the beach and go all the time.I hate the really crowded/touristy ones, though.Recently I went and got to catch some sand crabs.It was lots of fun. The only thing is I get sunburned really bad if I don't wear sunscreen.

I like sandy beaches the best and I love it when it's warm but breezy because you can smell the sea and feel the sea air. And I love hearing the seagulls :)

Yes and no. I like the beaches abroad because they are usually lovely and clean. But I detest sunbathing. The beaches here.... eh, not so much. They tend to have litter all over them and the beach nearest me had phosphorous sticks wash up on it a few years back. They are nice to have a stroll along but the sand ruins my shoes. Also, the water is cold and it's usually very windy.

I miss the beach. I've been to a few but I haven't gone to the beach in years. A lot of good memories, man. A lot of good memories. But I love water and swimming so I might be a biased opinion. :d

I love beaches - they remind me of holidays and I love the smell of the sea air. I don't actually like venturing onto beaches though, because I hate sand. It just gets everywhere, and I always end up finding it in my bikini for weeks later! And I'm not a big fan of the sea either - all the seaweed and little creatures swimming round my feet freak me out a bit. I'd much rather swim in the hotel swimming pool than in the sea.

I love the sea and the waves and the sun, and I love sculpting the sand, but I hate getting sand on my feet, food, eyes, hair, mouth, clothes etc. And the way the salt dries out my skin and makes my hair clumpy and feels as if I've not washed it for ages (I am very obsessive about not having dirty/greasy hair. I don't know why... haha). ...Also when I loose/break my favourite sunglasses in the sea. I've gone through 5 pairs in the last two months. ):
