I'm babysitting my two neices and one nephew at the moment.

Two of them are walking now, so it's been hard chasing after them. The other one just sits and giggles at the Mythbusters playing on the TV.

Out of the two of them that are walking, one is obsessed with crawling on me and sucking on my hair while screaming into my ear, and the other likes to find plastic blocks to throw at my head. If that fails, he beats me with a foam hammer.

I've finally got them napping, so I have some peace at last. Man, they're a handfull, though I still love them to bits.

I'm concerned about my head, though. I've taken about twenty Fishers Price blocks to the head, and I've got a pretty nice bump on the side of my head. O__o Maybe they want my brains.

Anyone else babysitting some pretty odd kids?

I don't think I've babysat any odd kids, but I've babysat a lot of kids. Not by myself though. That would have been tough. Haha! Me and my friend babysat 8 kids at one time. They were all older, but still a pain in our butts. They liked to run around outside and then just be annoying. Oh, well. You learn to deal. :]

LOL That is why I've never babysat properly in my life.

I remember I used to have to 'look after' my younger (by 3 years) brother. But he would turn savage as soon as my mum left and start harassing me...then it'd turn to violence and my mum would come home with me having barricaded myself in the kitchen with a wooden cane as a makeshift weapon (FOR SELF DEFENCE!). He didn't know when to stop, so he'd scratch me like a bitch when he was aggressive :( Ahh, good times.

I HATE children.

If I tried babysitting I'd probably end up in jail for homicide. ):

I have looked after my little sister while my parents were out. She is four years younger than me, and evil.

A few hours of watching her ended with me wrestling a cellphone from her and calling my parents to tell them she was about to kill me. Meanwhile, she's screaming and kicking and punching me. I panicked. :c

i work with kids all the time, i love them. i find being around children to be super relaxing and fun. i like them better than adults or people around my own age (17).

I don't work well with kids. :I I probably smack them, forgetting that they are children.

Oh jeez. That just convinced me even more not to have kids. ._.

I don't get to babysit. c:
