Hi. I did this once before asking if I should do commission but well, that didn't work out. So today I am seeing if my newer art is better and if it is good enough that people might buy it. But even before people buy it I would probably give it away for free to see how much people actually like it. Here is some examples of my art: 1234

I know these pictures are sketchy and if I make pictures for others I plan on making them pictures with clean lines

Anyways, I hope you like them. :]

Hmm, you do have the cute, chibi style that's popular right now, and you do it pretty well. ;) Buuuut everything depends on how well you do lineart---and color. Everyone loves color. 8D

If you can do those well too, I'd definitely say you should do commissions. :)

Thanks~ This helps a lot. I will find a way I want to color my pics.

If I do commissions, though, how much should I sell them for though? I suck at pricing. :x

Oh geez. x___X I mega fail at pricing too. Um... I'd have to see your lineart and coloring, but if they were done pretty well I wouldn't mind shelling out 350k or so for them. more or less depending on the lineart/coloring. In which case you could probably sell it for more, considering how cheap I am when it comes to art. xD

You could try just having people name their price---if they name something too low, you don't have to accept, anyway.

Very cute! The poses are a little static, tho-- stiff, boring. Push yourself to try new things! Even if the results aren't what you'd like the first time around, it's a learning experience.

I also recommend sketching lightly in pencil using shapes-- building up the character with circles and cylinders is a great way to improve. Try looking up cartooning books in your local library-- even if it's not your style, you can always learn a thing or two from them on how to pose characters more naturally.
