coffeecake, mochaswirl, espresso, latte (I like that one), CaramelC (stands for caramel coffee, your nick name could be CC), caramelcream (CC again), milk+sugar or milk&sugar (not sure if you can use the + and & symbols, I can't remember), LatteArt (I love latte art!), and Bustelo are all free.

Oooh Addict! I have some usernames that I considered but didn't choose when I chose my new username and some good ones I just came up with. There would be more but lots of people have been making accounts with good names and leaving them to rot!
