Yup, they need permission from a parent, but Subeta really can't control just who it is actually 'verifying' this. Kids will do whatever it takes to get onto the forums because they think it's 'cool'.

While I have ABSOLUTELY nothing against anyone under 13, I think that there's a reason why you need parental permission. :/ Aside from safety, it kind of helps weed out immaturity and such that clog up the threads. However, I've met plenty of people over 13 (probably including myself at times, just putting it out there), who are immature.

I dunno. :/ I hated it when I used to get those messages on neopets where people were like 'OMGZ help me with my goalz plz, I know you has the pointz'. I actually helped a couple in my earlier years with smaller goals. OTL. Big mistake. XD They were gone once they had my money. Totally my fault, but whatever.

But I can definitely understand where you're coming from when it comes to people looking for sympathy from others that they don't even know. o.o It's just kinda weird, innit it?

i joined subeta when i was like 10, lol. i was obnoxious in my own special way. trying to act smart and mature. i was bullshitting everything, though.

if you don't want to block her, maybe you should try scaring her away. :o tell her about how you lost your left earlobe in a tragic incident with the microwave, how you barely survived a house fire that claimed two of your three pet goldfish, how that remaining fish committed suicide in front of the entire family and how your cat busted you for possession of illegal drugs...it'll work perfectly! maybe.

What does middle school have to do with Subeta? -shakes her head- And seriously, $690 at age 11 when I was that young, was like being a super multi millionaire. Even just $50 was A LOT of money to me at the time.
