Since I fail at HAs, this is a major accomplishment for me since I put something half-way decent (IMO) together. :P
If you feel it needs slaughtering though, go right ahead. I'm open to constructive criticism.

Yeah, bigger eyes would balance your look a bit more. Your eye colour might look good in a completely different shade, such as purplish, but try it. Also the shorts could be darker. Other than that, I like it- cute and simple :)

The vine on the leg throws me off. Like others said, try bigger eyes (but not huge! that only works for overly-cute HAs, and this isn't one of them) instead of the small ones. Overall, though, it's really nice.
