I bought 3000 CSC last night and they have yet to arrive. Usually they arrive moments after I get them, so I believe there has been a glitch and this makes me sad because I have finally caved into my desire for glittery rainbow things and decided to buy a rainbow vortex and I'm not a terribly patient person.

I have every confidence that this will be resolved through the ticket center, but until it is, I will mope.

I had this happen before. I bought CSC twice one day, the first one came and the second one didn't.

I did file a ticket and got my CSC but I waited till it showed on my card since with my luck I messed something up and didn't actually finish the transaction or something XD

Well, it showed on my card right away. I checked my paypal account immediately after I ordered it because it hadn't shown up on subeta and I was unsure of whether it had been charged, but it had.

I have this every now and then too :x Most of the time, if I make a second purchase right after the first one, this one comes right away. This is not a real glitch, paypal just wants to check this order. This happened twice to me now too ^^ It'll arrive within 4 - 7 days, so it will take a while :/

I hate it when I bought something - don't have the money but don't have the thing I bought either 8D makes me feel sad. I honestly hope it doesn't take up to 7 days :o that would be a very long time. Is it really that slow sometimes?

I made about 7 or 8 purchases of CSC before i got it the first time. But if you go to paypal.com and log in you can see that this order needs to be checked. At least that's what I've been told when I visited my statistic page. It seems to happen randomly ^_^;

It doesn't say that my order needs to be checked, it says that my order has gone through.

Are you sure this isn't for a former order? If you are really unsure you could always call paypal, they have to know what happened ^^

Staff is really nice about CS issues, so I'm sure you will have your credit soon. It sucks to have to wait, but they really do make sure that you don't have to wait too long.

I had this exact same thing happen to me and it got fixed quickly once I filed a ticket. I believe I had to wait 24 hours to just make sure there wasn't a lag, but after that I sent the info requested and got my CSC. :D
