I always send it through e-mail. I've set up a separate account just for that actually. xD But if the person insists on commenting the code then taking out the style tags works. Just make sure to tell them to put it back it.

Also, I don't quite get your last question. What do you mean?

Hmm, I've always just told the user. but I think you do it by using this code:

(whatever number)blank/comment/whatever else. ^^
