Last night I signed up for the online content sharing or whatever it was.. Today it prompted me to download a patch. I tried to do so and to simplify it the entire thing crashed and remained frozen on my background. I restarted my computer and tried to open Spore again.. Bam, non existent.

The pin on my Start menu is gone, it's not in its folder. Search shows nothing yet it is on my computer because it shows in Programs and Features. I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it, and I still can't access it at all. It won't open from the disc, much less from My Computer.

I have contacted EA customer support and they haven't helped at all yet. They only sent me links for other patches.. But I can't patch it if it believes that it doesn't exist.

Anyone else with this issue? I want to see if I'm totally alone here or if anyone can give me any advice. Still talking with customer support.. I just have to wait for a reply to my e-mail.
