Southern Belle, Android, Swanky, Gypsy, and Locked Box have all been retired. These were the ones that everyone was kinda expecting, but on the news page it also said regarding the MCT...

Do you think this means they plan on retiring more? If so, which ones?

I doubt Keith will retire any of the newer trunks. I'm guessing the next two to be retired will be Dilapidated Circus Trunk & Zombie Survival Kit. Both of them don't seem to popular and have been in the MCT for ages.

I doubt it'll be new ones because that seems unfair, and I'm sure the staff doesn't want the volley of hate that would ensue xD

I don't suspect any more retirings until they come out with a few more new trunks personally

Yeah, I agree with you guys. There's no way that trunks like the Mermaid, the Shaman, or the Laquered Box ones are retiring anytime soon.

I kinda hoped that Zombie and the Dipilated Circus would be retired in place of the Locked Box and Southern Belle though, just cuz the latter two are so much nicer than the former (no offense to anyone)

What do you guys think about Popstar, Pirate, Brass Dragon, Blob Kitty, Bridal, and Romance Novel? I was on hiatus when they were released, so I dunno; do these count as "old" trunks yet?

I don't think those trunks are considered old enough to retire yet, yiz. I just want the Fertile Ground from the female side of the shaman trunk and then I'll be set.

I actually got the female side of the gypsy trunk and the android trunk a while back, but I don't wear most of the items from them. So there's some good stuff to sell. (I just wish my sister would hurry up and get on; I told her she would get free dibs of the stuff in my wardrobe, but I have to sell some of this stuff off before it deflates too much! Dx Maybe I can save my money and buy her a train ticket for the weekend.)

sigh of relief Thanks Kazego, I was just biting my nails over whether I should spend all my sp on those trunks in an attempt to get them before they retire, but knowing that they're not retiring soon gives me some peace of mind =) And lol, I always tell myself that I'm gonna sell my retired pieces for a lot of money, but when I actually try to do it...I just can't, cuz I know that sometime in the far, far distant future when I'm 90 years old...I may just use it again XD

+ Piercing: I hope you guys are right. Better those two than any of the others.

This is me to a T. xD I personally think that they'll retire the Zombie, Dilapidated Circus, and Bride/Groom trunks. :x But that's just me. It seems as if anyone who wants those trunks has pretty much gotten them by now.

I'm scared the Popstar and Blob Kitty will retire soon ): I guess I'll start buying up the items I want fast !

I wouldn't mind of the Zombie one retired though, because my pet Garevani's treasure chest is filled with the entire trunk, and I'm looking to sell most of it anyway.

I think my biggest fears though, are for the Brass Dragon and the Pirate ones. There's so many pieces I still can't afford from them, so if they retire now I'm screwed >.<

I just got my first trunk the other day and it was the romance novel...I am wishing I had realized what they where but I was on a hiatus at the time as well...and am sooo sad that I missed the gypsy trunk...and what about the archduchess...is that in the powder trunk?
