Can't find the item in Shop Search or trades. What would be a fair price?

I would start with the overall average price, which is around 300k. You could start a little higher but I probably wouldn't try any higher than 500k because unless someone reaaaaallly want it for their tree it would be pretty HTS

Going to go ahead and lock this, as there are a few priced in the shop search now. :)
