Hmm, under 20 mil? I'd Say get a red Rreign Staff of lore as your healer, Fireside bow as your attacker, Kismets Cosmic Elixir as your freezer, Kismets Cosmic Wand of Annihilation as your Stealer, Recycle blaster, Shrine of apollonia, And thats all i got that wouldnt go over your Budget xD
