Honestly, though, you'd have to provide examples before setting a price because...well, it's important to see what were paying for. I'm pretty sure they will look awesome though.

I would want a Rhydon hat, personally.

I wasn't starting commissions yet, I just wanted to know what someone would pay for a fleece hat with ears. I'm not cheating anyone, and wouldn't be. Geeze. :|
