Just wondering if anyone is lending or if anyone could point me in the right direction to getting my hands on one!

You can get one just by going around the site and getting a random event or buying them in the shops.

Do lots of quests, you're bound to stumble on some fairies at some point after all that clicking. You should get one through a random event soon.

random events are good ways to obtain them, otherwise buying from shops is where you're gonna find some.

I've been able to get all except the Snow Fairy itself (the one without a color attachment). Does that make sense?

I don't think they really do anything.
