For me, it was when I vended a Butterfly Elegant Dress (which is in my shop, btw) from the Frosty Claw. I was amazed and started playing around with it. Then I began experimenting with other clothes and I fell in love from there. :P

WHen I made my first rainbow vomit HA. I realized there was a whole world of colour matching and it went on from there...

Well, they first came out. And I was really mad because I spent so much time and effort on collecting though damn square avatars. But then I started to play dress up and loved it ever since!

When I first saw WADYL. :x It became a drug. Haha~

When I looked at my avatar, and saw how...unattractive it was compared to almost everyone else's. So, probably when I started lurking and posting in the HA forums.

Also, I definitely got more into it when the new wardrobe was released, although I had been trying to make better av's before then.

Never.

Having the generator available in the new wardrobe has really helped me a lot, I play around with making HAs a lot more than I used to.

Maybe a week or two into my Subeta-experience. I thought for SURE when I started that I'd use one av and never change it.

Oops. :P

I became really dedicated to HAs after I met my first friends in the forums. Most of them really love(d) dressing up their avs, and they inspired me to improve my HA-making skills.

When I entered my first HA contest tear It was magical! I won it too =)

I don't really remember. I know how long ago it was, and I suppose with seeing how awesome all the HA around me were, I got to wondering if I could look that good. Now it's just a desire not to make terrible HAs that has me making the ones I do, and apparently I enjoy doing it!

Now if I could just stop making them and wear one for more than a day...

A few months after the HA system came out. Then I finally had enough sP to buy some clothes I was saving up for and began paying more attention. Before that as long as my HA wasn't naked I was happy :)

I think it was around the time I'd figured out the trick to making sP (I don't know when that was; it's been a couple of years at least now) and I was buying some of the 'expensive' wearables, the ones that used to be pretty popular but you never see anymore (like the Mysterious Sack, the Eccentric Overalls, etc.). It didn't mean my HAs were good, but I was getting into it.

I'm still (quite clearly) nowhere up to the level of some HA makers, and I still can't quite figure out how they do it, but at least I care about looking a bit more presentable these days. xD I'm not really into fashion IRL but I like the freedom the HA gives you.

When people thought I was a noob because of my HA xD I first created my HAs based on OCs of mine, but then I got into color matching and layering and just loved it :P

Um, probably when I first joined, and started playing around with all the awesome items. And as I got richer and more items, it became more fun for me, because I had more to experiment with. xD

When I first joined I thought avatars were stupid. XD

I was all... I won't even make one, I'll just concentrate on my pets and be super rich because I won't ever spend my money on clothesss.
