I'm pretty new to item Hunt and need a guide of profits... and how's best to go about it?

I generally stop if I know the item I'm about to buy is way more than what I'm going to make... that way I assure that I don't lose out on doing the quests. In the beginning it's easy to stick with it if the items they want are 5k more or something, but when it gets up into the higher levels it's usually better to just start over rather than pay 500k+ more than you'll get out of it.

the level you are on, x2. If it's a little over, that's okay too, because you'll probably make it back with the other levels :). If you're just going for the achievements, this doesn't aply ofcourse xD.

Well for the game it goes by rarity, you start off with really common items and work your way up. Usually the difficulties come from Normal-to-Super rare items... which come around level 35 and onward.

I'll do his quests if I can afford them just to keep in the game, but usually around level 45-50 he starts asking for items that might cost well over 500k so heh gotta be careful.

So do you get an achievement for completing a full cycle of Item Hunt? I was up to lvl 54 going on lvl 55 and he asked me for an item that costs 4mil, so I had to let it go, since I don't even have 4mil in Sp to my name, lol.

Love my pixels and being new to the game I have been spending a lot of my Sp's on items. I was hoping to complete my first cycle, but he killed that with the 4mil item request. Last cycle I started I was pretty high up there in lvl and we got a storm killing our internet, and the previous cycle to that I erroneously hit the button to give up, so I haven't had a lot of luck with this so far.
