With the recent retirements of several trunks, I thought it was time to look back and remember your favorite Mysterious Costume Trunk set of all time. For me, the choice is easy; the Zombie Survival Kit.
It references two of my favorite game series-Resident Evil and Silent Hill (pokes Angle Head Flashlight) . Plus, there's a little bit of Half-Life thrown in there, a game that I'm growing increasingly fond of. Many of the items from the female trunk are (For me, at least.) versatile and easy to work with. As for the Male version, I have but two words....Headcrab Zombie. <3 There was actually a time where 80% of my HA was made up of items from this trunk. That's how awesome it is.
This one deserves a lot of love as well. It's a nice, 'natural' trunk with numerous easy-to-use items. Even though I can't really use them the way I want to due to my Zombie base (But I ain't gonna change it. EVAR.), it's still a really cool set.
I've always loved the Guardians-o-Lurve trunks. c: The items are very versatile as well.

...the only thing I don't love is the expense. >.< I think it's been retired for a long while now.

Hm...you know, I don't think I actually have a favorite. Each trunk has a few items I like from it, but I don't think there's one I love more than any other.
I suppose if I had to choose... The female version of Most of the items are pretty easy to use with other outfits, and they look pretty awesome too.
Both genders of A crapload of items in both trunks, and five billion ways to use them. I really should spring for a pair of the trunks at some point...
The also holds a special place in my heart because it provides most of the scant few cyberpunk items on the site. =D
The Sealed Clamshell and the female dog eared novel, the southern belle, the victorian one, the newest one, the dragon one, and the pirate one and of course not to forget the.......drum roll.....trumpet blast fairy box of sparkles!
I've always loved the items that come in this trunk; they're so much fun. There are some simple accessories in there, as well as some more interesting ones.
I'm sorry but I am love with old school I love the Dragon it is so fantastic! Plus the dress and everything else is really pretty.
Of the new ones i agree with I have male and female trunks and can wear them both in numerous ways.
