Oooh, I was looking at old records on ancestry.com the other night and I found on my mother's father's side there's German, Dutch, French and likely some non-European roots but not sure what, all we know is my grandfather's mother had really dark skin and black hair, and certainly didn't look European.

On my father's side there's really only English ancestry along with some Welsh.

Chinese and that's about it... Though there is a rumor floating on my mother's side that someone from our family a long, long time ago married or simply had relations with a european so I might have 0.000000000001 percent Eurpean in me or something. There's no way to confirm since records weren't kept that long ago.

Half Japanese/Half German There's a bunch of weird stuff from my mom's side, but it's all so mixed up and the amounts of any ethnicity are so miniscule that it's just easier for me to say half of each. lol

English and Irish. Apparently I have family descending from Africa too, never heard much about it though.

I'm mostly Maori (like 90%), but a couple of my great-great-grandparents (or was it just my great-grandparents) were German and English.

Half Brazilian (as in a mix of Indigenous, African and Portuguese), 1/4 Syrian, 1/4 Lebanese. That sounds more interesting than it looks, I don't have any remarkable traces of any of those (and people often think I look like a mix of Brazilian and Japanese).

I'm not sure, really. My great-grandparents are from Vyborg (technically in Russia) and Northern Finland, but I don't know where their parents were from. I probably have some roots in Germany and Sweden. But yeah, some sort of Caucasian. :P
