Ok. So I have these blue headers even though I have the header background set to transparent. It won't change.

Also, I know how I do the buttons, but I'm not sure how to position them around the guy. At first I thought I'd just do five different blank sections and position them seperately. But I'm not too sure now. Anyone have any ideas?
