I think you should either lose the skirt or the shorts, it looks kind of awkward together. Otherwise, I think it's cute.

It's very cute :) I would suggest some more of the dark blue from the corset around the avatar. Maybe dark blue/navy blue shoes and ditch the skirt.

It's pretty cute. I would try and add some more Navy into it, or get rid of the corset. And maybe try some darker pinks as well.
