i was at the beach alllll day and i'm fucking stupid and managed to get a rank sunburn. it's all on my legs, stomach and back. it KILLS me, lol.

I've put some aloe vera cream on it, and i'm spraying it with antiseptic stuff (mostly because it's nice and cold). I'm really hot, tired and thirsy. Do you guys know any good at-home things to make me stop hurting so bad? Help. :(

I got your back Jack, bitches be crazy.

Aloe is what i generally put on.

But back at my parents house my mom would soak a towel in vinegar water and put it on whatever was burned (generally the back) and i'd lay in bed for a bit.

It absorbs the heat.

As for being thirsty, you're probably a little dehydrated. Drink lots of water and get some rest.

Pure aloe. Not creams with other stuff mixed in. I mean green goo right out of a cactus and into the bottle. Take a cool/cold bath and just soak for a little while, gently pat dry and slather a thick layer of aloe on your skin. let it dry. If you bump or brush against something and it hurts again, put another layer on. The more aloe you put on, the less likely you will peel later.

As for thirst, drink lots of water. Chilled lemonade is better. My ultimate thirst quencher is lemonade with strawberry puree mixed in. The mixture of sweet and tart will satisfy your thirst and the ingredients will help to hydrate your body faster than pure water can.

Also get plenty of rest and stay out of the sun for a while. If your head aches, drink some more and eat some fruit, preferably something juicy like an apple or watermelon.

Ouch, that sounds nasty painful. :[ If you're thirsty, I'd probably say to drink some water, that's the best! Fruit always helps, also try a cool bath for your skin. Then a little aloe.

if there's still a lot of heat left in the burn, try lying in a bath of cold (or at least as cold as you can stand) water...that will draw the heat out and make you feel more comfortable...just like when you run your finger under cold water when you burn it...once the heat has lessened, use your aloe vera and after sun products liberally...

i hope it calms down for you soon...

Sounds like you have a tiny bit of heat-stroke too o.O

Get some sleep, and keep drinking lots of water, even if you stop feeling thirsty xD And just put up with having to go pee every 30min lol

As for the skin, keep applying the aloe vera stuff... in a few days when it stops being so sore to the touch, get a few eggs, seperate the yolk from the white; whisk the white in a bowl with a fork until it's sort of frothy looking. Then apply it to the burnt areas, leave for a minimum of 5minutes (but you can leave it as long as you like) and wash off by gently patting with a wet towel or going for a shower. :) It does wonders for your skin (especially your face for just a skin softener) so it will help heal it faster. Just don't panic when it feels like it's tightening your skin lol it's supposed to feel like that when its hardening ^_^;
