So, bidding on an art auction, that was being held in both USD and SP. The artists ratio of USD to SP was not posted, so I figured a bid in USD would be a bit better than a bid in SP. I log in today to find the original post altered to say that $1 USD=1million SP. Had I known that when I placed my first bid I would have offered the 8mil 500 CSC is going for and just sold a cash card.

So FFS, post all the information on your auctions thanks.

Perhaps next time you'd be best off asking what the ratio is before you bid? You know what they say about assuming things...

I agree with Jessyta there, but that still sucks for you. :( Hopefully you'll be able to find art elsewhere.

I would retract my bid, especially if it was posted post-bid. Then again, I would have asked ahead of time, I never bid until I'm sure the artist is willing to draw my request before-hand and I'm positive on bidding rules.
