When the Gift of Fashion's Past boxes came out, I got a couple and found that the items in them were worth buying some more, so now I have opened four and have five on hand that have been un-opened. XD

Now the prices have dropped to the ground. I mean, I know that prices will drop, but a 5 mill item is like...700k right now. o.O

This is not a rant at undercutters, really, it's just kind of discouraging since I thought I'd hang onto them and then sell later for art.

Of course, I have absolutely no idea if prices will go back up, so maybe I should hang onto them for a little longer? People do have the right to sell what they want at whatever price they want, so who am I to tell them what to sell their stuff at? XD

This isn't mean to be irate or anything, just so you all know. XD Just pointing it out, so I suppose it's a semi-complaint if anything. ^^'

I know exactly what you mean. That's why I wasn't sure if I actually wanted to get one or not. (I still haven't made up my mind. :P)

With the previously high prices of the retired items, people would want them either for their wardrobe or for profit. And since -lots- of people have that mentality, there are going to be a lot of those bags bought and a lot of retired items back in the market, prices are going to drop. Which at least is good for buyers. :D

Anyway, those bags were retired before being brought back recently, so I'm sure they'll be retired again, and then prices will go up. It's just a matter of waiting. =]

Well, I HAVE the boxes, so I'll probably open them later or just sell them after a bit. =3

I'm not in any way disappointed in the things I got because I've been wanting a lot of them anyway. You're right, though, the prices probably will go back up slowly. Maybe not as high as they once were, but high enough. =3

Yeah, I'm hoping they'll be retired soon like the Vamp Costume trunk was. They probably will, and it's probably really good for Keith and the cash shop right now since they're probably getting more funds out of it (I'm not saying it's a bad thing, it helps Subeta XD). Either way, I'm pretty sure they will be retired again pretty soon. =3

I'm pretty sure the gifts will retire again someday, so I'd hang onto them/the items it gave you, and they'll probably inflate again (unless some MCT/Subeautique line itself gets rereleased again). Just count yourself lucky you're even able to get a GoFP. xD isn't able to buy from the cash shop and is currently spending all her sP on books

Before, the prices deflated, but then when the Gift of Fashions Past was retired, the prices of the retired items went back up. If you have patience for it, try holding onto the items or just sell the Gift of Fashions Past when that retires. (:

I noticed that too. I saw there were only like 3 swanky pooches in shops going for at least 9mil, so I was considering selling mine, but I searched again and there are several more going for 5mil. I'm not really that disappointed though, since 9mil is a ridiculous price, especially since the entire set cost me around only 6mil.

I'm glad the prices are going down (: there are a lot of items that I really wanted that I missed out on before they retired.

But like Someone_here said, when they retire I'm sure prices will go up again.

I'm just glad everyone isn't thinking I'm complaining horrendously. I was worried people would come on and flame for price drops and what not. XD

I got one too. |D I really shouldn't have. I knew that I should have gotten a GA instead. :c I barely broke even then with only about 8 mill instead of the 9 or so that I spent. But eh. I'll live. Just means that I have to do wizard quests again. |D Congrats on getting so many though, and I can sympathize with you on the deflation. ;^;

i'm very glad that this whole thing happened cause i was able to buy the mime suspenders for under 10 mil ❤

but, since the prices are dropping fast, i won't buy the box to open, but to save it and sell it when it gets retired again
