I FINALLY got into the blue building (from the new trivia being answered right)....

Talking about the blue building is fine now. You can chat all you want about it. Just remember no talking about solutions to games and thats it. :)

The blue building requirements are posted for public knowledge and the items have to be bought by doing quests, so you really aren't giving out answers to anything or telling someone how to beat anything.
