I very much doubt it. Giveaways don't happen that often, maybe three times a year at best, and they aren't mandatory or scheduled. The staff don't even have to hold a giveaway if they don't want to.

If and when there is one, however, they usually announce it in the news.

I loved the free shop in January. But it's up to the staff when they want to hold a giveaway. So with a little patience, maybe they'll have one, maybe not. P: There's always Donation Corner...xD

I don't think so. I think it's only stocked on very special occasions. The last time it stocked I think was the staff's way of saying 'thanks for being so patient' because we had a roll-back and... some other stuff happen. I could be wrong though and it could have just been random.

With the reading drive though, I wouldn't count on it opening anytime soon.
