I know there was a topic about this before, but I thought I'd start it up again since I think it's an interesting question. :D

Well...if I was taking over the world with armies and stuff I'd use this song.

And I'd use this if I was some sort of unfathomably huge dark being that took over worlds by suddenly spawning bizarre creatures all over it, killing many, and once there are only a few left who are exhausted and depressed from battle I would infect their minds and um...yeah...blahblahblah I SHOULDN'T REVEAL MY PLAN TO THE WORLD

Erm. Probably The Man Who Sold the World by David Bowie or Monkey Wash, Donkey Rinse by Warren Zevon. There are too many good ones to choose from. XD
