A pokemon cult may be hard to find but if you look there are a lot of HA cults. Most you have to apply for though.

If you go to the Human Avatar's Boards they can help. I like to go to the rating or suggestions ones the most but even doing some HA contests will help a lot. Also expanding your wardrobe as much as possible
