Hey all. I was just curious if the prizes were worth it when completing the treasure map. =) I found one in a RE, and it's kinda expensive so I wasn't sure if buying the rest was wise.

I completed my map thing today :P Got the pieces I needed from a trade which the values would've come out to about 1,200,000 and 3 of the items weren't worth much, but I got a book worth 1mil and a minion worth 350k :P Plus the achievement :3 Good luck if you decide to go through with it! ^_^

It's a gamble really. The items you obtain are random, so you could get a couple of crappy cheap items or some awesome pricey ones. ;)

Well, if you want to get in the blue building, then it's totally worth it.

I guess it's all a gamble really. I completed a treasure map so that I could get to the Ocean Depths Vending Machine and Merana (which turns your pet Hydrus).

Generally, no, they are not worth it as the items you get are likely to be worth less than the actual map.

It can help you access the Blue Building, though, so you might as well do it once for that.

I lost the code for the Blue Building so I'm not concerned with that anymore haha. :/ Idk, I might still go through with it. Thanks guys!!

The code isn't important, the site remembers you got it. I'd do it for the blue building.. I did do it for the blue building. The Blue Building was the only reason it was worthwhile for me.

The Blue Building code doesn't do anything. It's a Random Event while visiting the Blue Building during the time that you can't get in. If you visit enough, you'll get it and the page of the Blue Building will have it recorded that you have already got the password down :D This was my first map. One step closer :) Now if only there were more trivias :P

I've completed a few and have always ended up with items not worth as much as the map pieces i bought, usually way under.

I actually got all crap when I did mine. But I have spoken to other users and they got a real good haul. I am just an unlucky person so I kinda didnt expect much and thats a good way to be for me. Least I dont get disappointed.

If you restock a shop as large as mine, all nine pieces of the map will fall into your lap via REs every year or so.

It's a toss up. It is worth it if you want a achievement, but other then that consider it carefully.

It's worth it to complete both maps at least once. You have to complete one to get into the Blue Building and get to the Hidden Island. Both places are totally worth the money, the prizes aren't too bad either.
