I haven't heard of such, but I don't see how it could hurt to try. As for where to place such a thing - there are several possible forums. The Art Market seems to be specifically for drawn items, but the advertising board might work for you. You might also want to look at posting in the writing discussion board, start by getting a critique of some samples of things you have in mind to write.

I do believe the art market is also suited for writing. I'm sure I've seen people offer writing commissions, but I don't remember where specifically. And yes, people do buy writing. Mostly short stories or character backgrounds for their oc's or pets and such.
