Does anyone know if the interest rates are still broken or if this had anything to do with account age (since I just hit three years and I think this is a fairly recent development).

Nope. I have either sold my one and only Morty Card or I'm currently trying to sell it.

The only boosts I've ever gotten were for collecting my Interest, but I haven't done that since the problems with it no expiring as it should (with the 4% cap) first showed up.

You might want to send in a ticket then, so they can figure out where it's coming from. :o
