I got my first verbal warning. Entirely my own fault. I am so thankful that it was only a verbal though. My forum set, combined with my signature, was too tall. I checked the height limits and then checked the images I was using in my set. Too big. So I resized them down to size so that they were 5 pixels below the height limit. But I had a line of text in my signtaure. If I'd have just read the rules properly I'd have realised that each line of text is worth 10 pixels. So I got warned for it.

And then, I tried to appeal it. The UA was so nice and she informed me that I was warned because the text made it go above the height limit. Even so, I swear to God my face went as red as a beetroot.

I guess we all do stupid things sometimes. I think I've learned my lesson though. I'm just glad it was only a verbal phew

The same thing happened to me dear ^_^; I had 2 lines of text, the third line made it 2px over the limit and bam. But the good thing is: The first warning is usually verbal ^^

Well, that does make my stupidity feel a little less severe knowing that someone else made the same mistake :P

I was about 3 pixels too wide. Funny thing is, I had been using that forumset for a couple weeks at that point. I still to this day wonder who it was that actually checked to see exactly how wide it was. Now I'm paranoid and I feel like there is some Forumset Police looking to bust people.

Aw don't feel too bad. It happens to the best of us, I know how you feel though, I was worried when I got my first warning, it was a verbal for spamming, I forgot about the adopt it forum rules and while answering someones question, wished someone good luck finding a home for their pet -headdesk-

And I'm paranoid about my forum text, I always forget to check the text so I just make it as small as I can XD

It is! It definitely is! She was lovely. Even though I felt like such a douche submitting a ticket for a warning that I deserved, so I still felt embarrassed. But it could have been a whole lot worse XD

I believe a lot of people have done that. :) I know I have. It's nothing to be embarrassed about if it was that minor of a change. A lot of people forget about the text, and sometimes when they do two separate ones they forget to add it. :3
