Hope you have fun :) I can't go to out-of-state cons, but SWACE is having its first year this year (the last weekend of July!), and since it's local, I'm going :) Ralph Bakshi is going to be there! I'm so excited! :D (And I'm hosting an origami panel there.)

I've never been to a convention. I'd really like to go to at least one and cosplay, but I'm a little limited in that area. Hopefully it won't be too late to register?

For Anime Expo? Today would be known as "Day Zero", for those who registered early.

I think you can still register (online) today and pick up your badge at the convention. It officially starts tomorrow, but lines for during-convention ticket purchasing has been known to exceed 3 hours.

Yea it seems after June 16th...(I don't really remember) the price is $65. Not that it's much, but I don't live very close, I'd have to buy a plane ticket and all that jazz. D:. I suppose I'll plan for next year and dig up information now. c:
