I'm kind of being a loser this year (birthday is 3 days after yours!) and asking for car cover, an ipod speaker/alarm clock thing, and Pokemon Platinum.

lmao i dunno, BOTH. i kind of need some new clothes, especially pants seeing as i have like only three pairs of jeans atm. but i also want video games and to get my lip pierced (but i don't know if i caaan) and a bunch of other stuff :I

For the jeans thing, I agree with , ask for a gift card to a store that sells jeans that you like, if they don't have gift cards, ask for a certain amount of money for said jeans (if you know how much they cost).

I'd also check out the lip piercing thing, even if you don't get it done now, it's always good to know when you can do it, for later on down the road.

I'm having the same problem ): My bday is on the 11th and I have no clue what I want.

I think just stick with money. Because that way you can get whatever you want and spend it when you're with friends too. Giftcards always annoy me because you have to spend them at just one place.

And for your friend... just get them something little, maybe something that reminds you of them/an inside joke you guys have. My friends and I always exchange stupid gifts. Last year my friend got me a pair of cat tube socks and I got her a unicorn statue.

Both of those gifts probably cost less than $3 but they resemble inside jokes and memories and stuff, which are the best kinds of gifts.
