So.. i've played the game a number of timees; have a bunch of tiles on my board-thing........ ahem... How do you get the 5, 10, or 15 tile achievements?

Those achievements are for tiles in your actual COLLECTION. You win them by finishing the bonus game when you fill your stone tile try. :)

Mmhm, when you collect one each of the game tiles, a golden tile at the bottom shows up. When you click on it, you get to play an infinite tiles game, that you play until you're out of possible moves.

When you finish that game, you get a tile to put in your actual collection. The rarity (not actual rarity btw) depends on how well you did.

i didn't know so much about the bonus game

i completed my case and played the bonus... i was tired and finished the game with only one pile of tiles

when i saw my case, in the next day, it was empty :( i almost cried lol
