You need to wait longer than 20 minutes after the item is released to figure out the demand/supply :) Considering no one even knows what it does that is also a big factor. I would imagine about 10mil but there are a lot of factors before knowing.

Wait for it to deflate if you want to. But if you want to buy it now, a Killdeer may cost you 10mil or more, depending.

The average exchange rate seems to be 100k per point, so 7.5mil seems like a fair price for it. :)
