I've been planning this one out for a while now. And since the RD finally ended and I was finally able to get my Tattered Page and Book Belt, I'm happy. I even subconsciously threw in the Red, White, and Blue for a July 4th twist :D

So. What say you? Is it decent? Any improvements you think I could make?

I like it a lot, though I've never really liked that wig. (I prefer the Southern Belle one more ;)) Though, I do dislike the ribbon bottoms and the 'lil smile' under those lipsticks. If you want a smile then layer any of the Lipshines under any of the Lipsticks and it gives it a neater smile. (i.e. Silver Deluxe Lipshine under Red Lipstick)

If you wanted an actual rate then I'd give it a 8/10

Now here is something you don't see every day. An HA with good colour-scheme, flowing layers, not a cluttermonster but not to simple, and to top it all off, it has personality. I really wish more HAs felt like they had a story, a life, behind them, rather than just expressionless fashion-divas. Now, it isn't the most dazzling, eye-popping revolutionary HA, but still, I think I will give you a 10/10. Good job, I don't like to give 10's.
