soooo... i had four items i wanted from the reading contest prizes (matrimony wig, come home whistle, yellow wand, and map of hell). so, i turned in just was the right amount (i thought) and stopped there. i then preceded to sell the rest of the books. During this time, I kept on asking myself, should I turn in a few extra books, just in case? But I said to myself no, i double checked the number about 10 times. So i didn't. Now today, i go to the reading drive shop and am about to buy the items... and I realize I'm 10 books short. I must have added wrong. Now I can't get one of my dream items from there, and it's all because i can't add.. Im really stupid sometimes.....:(

ok.. i am done ranting now

Ack, I'm so sorry you had a problem adding it all up. I'd probably make the same mistake if I was being careful with my points, but I was just buying whatever I could afford. I'm terrible at maths!

I made the same mistake, but I actually submitted more books than I needed, so it was even :)

Well you can always buy the cheapest item you can with your sP, and then with the RD points you saved buy an item to sell (:

Depending on how many points you'd have, you might be able to make more then* what you spent in sP. Or at least break even.

Aw, that's too bad. :( I couldn't afford all of the things I wanted because I decided at the last minute to get the Malice. xD Maybe I'll get them next time, or I'll buy them in shops.

Check out my giveaway thread here!

Dx Kinda happened to me too. After spending my points on some items I decided I wanted a Key of Secrets but I have 49 points and it costs 50. >& Which makes me mad because I could've gotten it even if I didn't want it when I was donating books.
