With the recent sale of all my RD Points I now have enough to pay for some quality art. I would prefer some examples and a Price Range of your art. I can pay anything, although, I wasn’t looking at 7 million as a Max

· What I'm Looking For:

Basically My current HA. Although, some minor ''tweekage'' is needed.

· What you can omit: All buildings except for the clock tower. Also, you may get rid of the tiny pigeon.

· What I would like added on.

The rest of the blimp, As you can see in the backround half of it is cut off. Please finish all of it if you could. Also this image will be used for a ForumSet so I was wondering if some smoke could come out further to left. As though it would be above a portion of the text.
