I need a nice, freeish vector program. :x Just something basic I can do crazy shit in, and can save as a .png. And has the layers, of course. :x Ping me if you have any suggestions, plz. I'd appreciate it. <3

I heard that Inkscape can work very similar to Adobe Illustrator. unfortunetely I've never used it before, but the official website says it can save files as .png form, also it has the layers.
